We will have amazing speakers and local vendors providing much needed information. The information provided on this day will empower parents and youths in their role to become self-advocates.

• Lunch and refreshment will be provided and are included in the event.

• Childcare is NOT provided at this event

• Professionals, please note that CEU's are available upon request. Make sure to mark this on your registration form.

Partners Resource Network - TEAM Project will be providing a limited amount of parent stipend to help cover the cost of childcare and/or mileage. Please note that only one stipend per household will be given and that all childcare arrangements are done by you. In order to receive the stipend you must fill out both application forms below and attend the full event. All stipends will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis and will be mailed to the address given on the form two weeks after the event takes place.
