We will have amazing speakers and local vendors providing much needed information. The information provided on this day will empower parents and youths in their role to become self-advocates.

A few things to note:

• A meal and refreshment will be provided and are included in the event.

• Childcare will be provided at this event

• Professionals,please note that CEU's are not available at this time. However, we are able to provide you with a certificate of attendance documenting the conference hours upon request.

Partners Resource Network - TEAM Project will be providing 30 parent parent stipend worth up to $50 to help cover the cost of mileage. Please note that only one stipend per household will be given. In order to receive the stipend you must fill out both application forms below and attend the full event. All stipends will be awarded on a first come - first serve basis and will be mailed to the address given on the form two weeks after the event takes place.
